Joy and Andree began working together at Warren National University (formerly Kennedy-Western University) since June of 2005. During that time, Joy joined the University as Registrar and Andree was Dean of the College of Business. Joy moved to Cheyenne after serving as Laramie High School’s Registrar. His other post-secondary experiences include Special Program Coordinator at the University of Wyoming and as a Financial Aid Processor with Wyoming Technical Institute.

Joy graduated from Doane College with a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in Marketing. His background includes market research analysis, desktop publishing, multi-media advertisement sales and development, website design and maintenance, meeting and event planning, hotel/motel and retail management.
Previous notable achievements include Wyoming Academic Decathlon Director, staff advisor to UW’s Keepers of the Fire and Wyoming AIDS Walk student organizations, Committee member of the Native American Caucus for the American Association of College Registrars and Admissions Officers; participated in numerous Off-Off-Broadway productions (New York NY.)
