Having earned my degrees from both traditional classrooms and online learning systems, I value the interactive and responsive instructor.  In my experience, both in academia and in business, students, or clients learn through different methods, but have the greatest learning experience when involved in collaborative activities.  I also have an awareness and appreciation for the varying cultural backgrounds of all my students and fellow co-workers.  As such, it is my privilege to work with learners in an online academic environment who may not otherwise have an opportunity to work towards earning an advanced degree.
